Ultima Pharmaceuticals lists Ultima-Cyp as its testosterone cypionate injectable preparation.
Testosterone cypionate is a long-acting esterified testosterone with a release curve very close to that of enanthate, differing mainly in the extra carbon on the ester chain. It is prescribed for male hypogonadism and is widely used as the base androgen of a longer cycle because its slow release keeps levels comparatively even.
Practical notes
Cypionate is a thick oil solution; drawing it with one needle and injecting with a fresh one keeps the tip sharp and the site more comfortable. Check the batch number and the expiry date printed on the carton before you open it, and keep the packaging until the pack is finished.
