Liothyronine is synthetic T3, the active thyroid hormone, and it acts directly without needing conversion the way T4 does. It is prescribed for hypothyroidism and used off-label to raise metabolic rate during a cutting phase.

Practical notes

Thermogenic products raise heart rate and body temperature, so they are used in defined blocks and not stacked on top of one another. Check the batch number and the expiry date printed on the carton before you open it, and keep the packaging until the pack is finished.

Each pack holds 100 tablets of 50 mcg each. It is an oral preparation, taken with water and kept in its original packaging between doses.
